• Process prompts, documents, images, audio, and requested web research through the AI services that power LexGPT features.

3. AI processing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, or crash reporting providers) only as necessary to operate and improve the app, and always subject to appropriate data protection safeguards.

For AI features, text requests are sent through Vercel AI Gateway, which may route them to an upstream model provider. Audio recordings are sent to Groq for transcription. PDFs and images may be sent to Mistral OCR for text extraction. Requested web research may send your query and relevant context to the web-search service used by LexGPT.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and retention practices. LexGPT does not control those independent practices and does not promise that a provider will retain no data. We request deletion of temporary OCR uploads after processing where supported by the provider. By checking the Terms & Conditions box and signing in, you acknowledge this AI-service processing.

4. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
